Wonderfest | Wonderfest

It was great to visit Wonderfest in Grangetown, a wellbeing festival that was held at the Grange Pavilion. It was part of Power Up, a wellbeing and social action project for young people aged ten to 25 who live in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, run by Platfform (the charity for mental health and social change). I chatted to lots of brilliant organisations working with young people on issues from mental health and wellbeing to inclusion across the community.

Roedd yn arbenning i ymweld a Wonderfest yn Grangetown, gŵyl lles wedi cynnal yn Pafiliwn Grange. Roedd y digwyddiad yn rhan o Power Up, prosiect lles a gweithredu cymdeithasol i pobol ifanc rhwng yr oedran 10 – 25, sydd yn byw yng Nghaerdydd a Bro Morgannwg. Mae’r prosiect yn cael ei rhedeg gan Platfform (yr elusen i iechyd meddwl a newid cymdeithasol). Nes i siarad gyda lot o cymdeithasau arbennig sydd yn gweithio gyda pobol ifanc ar faterion fel iechyd meddwl a teimlo’n rhan werthfawr o’r cymuned.
